Our mission is to promote an active and healthy lifestyle through hiking.
On 11-June-2024 Gordon Carbonetti & Bob Bogdanoff saw some orange markers for the Upper Meadow trail replacement. This morning an outline of the new trail had been mowed. It looks like the seven years of the hill lands committee work is coming to fruition.
On 10-June-2024 a group of club members walked our golf course.

Memorial Day residents who came to walking the golf course on a holiday!
On 29-May-2024 eleven members participated. A snake greeted us at the start & we had to sanitize our boots upon entering. Great views of Silicon Valley & late spring flowers.
On 21-May-2024, Gordon Carbonetti led a group of three hikers to the summit of Mt. Umunhum along a portion of the Bay Area Ridge Trail. The roundtrip hike covered 9 miles with an elevation game of 1200 ft. The highlight of the hike was reaching the old Air Force surveillance building on the summit. Three other hikers (Bob Bogdanoff, Bert Tang, Monona Tang) followed separately a few hours later on the same hike.

On 7-May2024 thru 9-May-2024 a group of members and their guests traveled to Nevada City for the spring outing. They participated in hiking and sightseeing.
