On 27-Nov-2023 a group members walked the golf course on a lovely day.
Grant Ranch hike 12-6-2023
On 6-Dec-2023 a group of hearty members walked in Grant Ranch.
Calero County Park Hike 11-29-2023
On 29-Nov-2023 Al Girolami led a two-mile hike in Calero County Park. They entered the park at the Rancho San Vicente Entrance off off McKean Rd. and do the North Ridge Trail loop starting onthe Lisa Killough Trail. This is rated as an Easy Hike with just less than 2miles and just less than a 200 ft. elevation gain.
Golf Course walk 11-20-2023

Sanford Dish Loop Hike
On 15-Nov-2023 despite predicted afternoon rain, Jim Koski led 9 hikers around the 3.5 mile Stanford Dish Trail. The government-owned 150′ diameter radio telescope was made in the early 1960s and was initially used to provide information on Soviet radar installations by detecting radio signals bounced off the moon! It’s still used today for research and spacecraft calibration and is operated by SRI International. Afterwards we had lunch at the historic Rossotti’s Alpine Inn beer garden, in Portola Valley.

On 13-Nov-2023 Fifteen walkers walked the course with lovely weather and lots of friendly communications along the way.
Game night-2023
On 9-Nov-2023 members met at Foothill center for a board game night. ApplePie a la mode and hot mulled cider were served. One of the largest game nights in a few years as everyone enjoyed their selves.
Rambler hike
